They are designed to deliver high-quality Natural Sound, enhancing the home theater experience. Plus they have paintable speaker frames and grilles, making them ideal various custom installation requirements, including either in-wall or in-ceiling. They also feature 50 Hz to 28 kHz frequency response, 8 in. polypropylene mica cone woofers and dual 3/4 in. dome tweeters with SoundMax. SoundMax is Yamaha's proprietary crossover network that maximizes sound coverage while minimizing high-frequency interference. Plus the tweeters can be swiveled so you can precision-aim high-frequencies.
